This website is operated by Northline Ventures LLC (“Lucky Hand”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lucky Hand website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

We do our best to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display is accurate. Measurements are approximate, and pieces containing natural stones, shell pearls or wood will vary slightly from one to the next.

Materials vary by product and are stated in each product description. Items described as “gold plated” consist of a gold layer applied over a sterling silver, stainless steel or brass base and are not solid gold. Please review the individual product page for the exact composition of the piece you are buying.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized use of a payment method, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers, Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB and UnionPay. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay are shown at checkout only on devices and browsers that support them. The options available to you are always displayed on the payment step at checkout, and the full list is set out on our Payment Methods page.

All prices and charges are in US dollars. Card payments appear on your bank or card statement as LUCKYHAND.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, email us at info@luckyhand.store with your order number and the word “CANCEL” in the subject line. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice also form part of these terms and are incorporated by reference.

Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter and, where appropriate, replace the item or issue a refund.

7. Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at info@luckyhand.store before initiating a dispute with your bank. We resolve the large majority of issues within 1–2 business days, and a direct refund is almost always faster than a bank dispute.

Charges from this store appear on your statement as LUCKYHAND. If a dispute is opened, we will provide the issuing bank with the order record, carrier tracking and delivery confirmation associated with the transaction. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Northline Ventures LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northline Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your purchase shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
