All payments on luckyhand.store are processed by our payment providers on a secure, encrypted page. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Cards we accept

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB and UnionPay. Both credit and debit cards are accepted.

Other ways to pay

PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout only when your device and browser support them.

The full list of options available to you is always shown on the payment step at checkout.

Currency

All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Your final total, including the shipping option and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay.

How the charge appears

Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments. The charge shows on your bank or card statement as LUCKYHAND. If you paid with PayPal, it appears under your PayPal account activity.

If something looks wrong with a charge

Email us at info@luckyhand.store with your order number before you contact your bank. We reply within 1 to 2 business days, and a direct refund from us is faster than a bank dispute. Refund terms are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
