Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How to track
- Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email — it contains your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Click the tracking link in that email to see your package’s current status and estimated delivery.
Haven’t received tracking yet?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@luckyhand.store with your order number.
Tracking shows no movement?
It can sometimes take 24–72 hours for tracking to update after a label is created. If your tracking hasn’t updated after several days, reach out and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
