Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement right away.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Sale or clearance items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@luckyhand.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from us.

Return Shipping

For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was defective or damaged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want.
