Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Northline Ventures LLC (“Lucky Hand”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our website.
Information We Collect
When you visit our site, we may collect:
- Information you provide: name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number, and payment details when you place an order or contact us.
- Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, and how you interact with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and order confirmations;
- Communicate with you about your order or inquiries;
- Prevent fraud and secure our site;
- Improve and optimize our store;
- Send marketing communications, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Sharing Your Information
We share your personal information with third parties who help us operate our business, including our fulfillment partners (who pack and ship your order), shipping carriers, payment processors, and analytics providers. We share information only as needed for these parties to perform their services. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Payment processing. We do not store or process your full payment card details on our servers. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. When you make a purchase, your card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider over an encrypted connection. We receive only the information needed to complete and support your order: the last four digits of your card, the card brand, the billing name and address, and the transaction result. These providers process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
International transfers. Some of our fulfillment and manufacturing partners are located outside the United States. When you place an order, we transfer the name, shipping address, telephone number and email address needed to pack and ship your order to these partners. They receive only the information required to fulfill your order and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
We may also disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure how the store is used, and support advertising. These fall into three groups: cookies that are necessary for the site and checkout to work, cookies that help us understand how visitors use the store, and cookies used by advertising partners to show you relevant ads elsewhere.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working properly. To opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising, use our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@luckyhand.store with the subject line "Privacy Request", or use our Your Privacy Choices page. We will respond within 45 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California and Other US State Privacy Laws
If you are a resident of California, we handle your personal information in line with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Residents of other US states with comparable privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, have equivalent rights and can use the same contact route.
These rights include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request a copy of it, the right to ask us to correct or delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited information, such as identifiers and browsing activity collected through advertising cookies, with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California law this counts as sharing, and you can opt out of it at any time through our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request without further action from you.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of the agent's authority and for information that lets us verify your identity before we act on the request.
Visitors From Europe and the United Kingdom
We ship only within the United States, so we do not offer goods or services to people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you visit our site from those regions, we handle any personal information we collect on the same basis as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require: we process it only where we have a lawful basis, which is performance of a contract for order-related data, consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the store.
On that basis you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or you can object to processing. Write to info@luckyhand.store with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we will respond within 30 days. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect processing that already happened. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Order records are generally retained for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations.
Children’s Privacy
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@luckyhand.store and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated “last updated” date.
