Thank you for shopping with Lucky Hand. This policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is confirmed. Once your order ships, a tracking number is automatically added to your order and emailed to you so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Rates

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of world: delivery times vary by destination; the estimate for your region is shown at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
